    Walk in Interview’s for Associate/Team Member (AA – Voice)- UK Shift For Gurgaon

    Looking for International Voice background-Freshers are also welcome with excellent communication skills.

    Educational Qualification : Any Graduate (Non-Tech-BA, BBA, BCA, B.com, BSC, Part time-MBA) B.Tech & M.Tech are not eligible for this role

    Exp : 0-2 Years (International Voice Process)

    Job Location : Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar)

    Shift Timing : 12.00 PM to 12.00 AM (UK Shift)-Any 9.5 Hours shift in between

    05 Days working & one side transport only

    Associate/Team Member (AA – Voice)- UK Shift For Gurgaon

    • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing, and resolving client’s problems, and recommending system improvements.

    • Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

    • Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

    • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    • Adhere compliance and generate control reports.

    • Generate statutory reporting per country requirement.

    • Audit Management – Active participation in internal/external audits • Escalation management

    • Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports

    Essential Hiring Skills

    • Excellent Communication Skills

    • Understanding of UK Saving and Retirement plans

    • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)

    • Project management

    • Quality management
